Meet Michael Thompson
I know there are a lot of people looking to learn more about who is Michael Thompson and why should I vote for him to represent me and my interests in Washington D.C.
I was born in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and raised on the southern banks of Lake Okeechobee in Belle Glade, FL.
I graduated from Glades Day School in 1993 and attended Palm Beach State College where I studied Business Administration.
I moved to Fort Myers, FL. in 2001 where I began my career in real estate. In 2013, I started my own real estate brokerage and sold it in 2024. I still remain the acting Broker of Record.
In 2019, I was sitting on my lanai at my home in Alva, FL. watching Fox News and was completely astonished how the media just relentless attacked President Donald J. Trump and what the Deep State and Democrats had done to (Ret.) Lt. General Michael Flynn regarding the "Russia, Russia, Russia" Hoax.
I remember looking through the sliding glass doors into my living room and seeing my 11-year-old daughter and thinking to myself, wow; what is this world going to look like when she's my age. She's not even going to have a fighting chance to experience the great things our country has provided for me, Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. The Freedoms most of us take for granted were slipping away in real time. It was then I decided to get engaged politically at the local level.
